I’m Jackie, a Senior UX Researcher who turns complex questions into product strategy & direction through mixed-methods research.

I’ve partnered with dozens of technology, e-commerce, healthcare, and consumer brands to help design, product, and brand teams clarify what people need, what they fear, and what helps them move forward.

My approach is grounded in social science and human-centered design, bringing together rigorous research with a practical, product-minded perspective.

QUALITATIVE DISCOVERY & USABILITY RESEARCH

Shaping the AI.google experience around audience needs

Google needed to clarify how a core audience understood and navigated its growing ecosystem of AI experiences. I led qualitative discovery and usability research to uncover audience needs, behaviors, and barriers, shaping a more focused, user-driven redesign of ai.google.

MULTI-PHASE, MIXED-METHODS, HEALTH TECH

Designing a diabetes technology purchase experience around patient and provider needs

The client needed to better understand how patients and providers evaluate and choose diabetes products online. I led two phases of research, first uncovering U.S. audience mindsets and then extending those insights globally to identify what could scale across markets and where the purchase experience needed to adapt.
